We ship daily Monday to Friday using Courier Post (NZ Post’s Courier System).

Our policy is to ship within one day of receiving your order Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

If your order is placed before 11am, it will be shipped same day.

Shipping time from courier pickup is 1 – 2 business days North Island, 2 – 3 days South Island. Rural delivery can take 3 – 4 days depending on location.

We will send a shipping notification when your order has been prepared and is ready for the courier to pick up, inclusive of a link to the shipping information.

Delivery is weekday delivery, signature only (no Saturday or Sunday delivery).

Should you be unavailable to sign for your parcel, you may need to arrange a redirect or redelivery date.

Should your parcel not be delivered as expected, we will follow this up for you.

As we send multiple communications regarding your parcel, if it is not delivered and then returned to us by the courier due to not being picked up at the depot, assuming we have addressed it correctly per your order’s delivery address, you will be charged for a second courier. 

If a parcel is returned to us due to the address being incorrectly shown on the parcel due to our error, we will resend it to you free of charge.
